人生第幾次拗柴呢？記憶所及起碼第四次。
第一次應該早15歲那年吧？上學時落巴士，在駁位差錯腳，從巴士上拗到落地 … 痛吧？原來骨裂了，打石膏三個月。最難忘的是打石膏期間，劉德華在高山劇場拍「精裝追女仔二」，我拿著拐杖到樓下找劉傳華拍照，他見我打石膏，還走過來跟我拍照，不用我走過去。
之後一直都有慣性拗柴，不過真的記不起來，對上的記憶，一次在灣仔斜路，地磚不平拗到；對上一次在滘西打波，差錯坑渠蓋拗到；今次，在柴灣學校樓下，我很想回家所以行得很急，在一級小石級又拗到。
近來都很忙，人很累，腿很酸，或者身體叫我要好好休息幾天吧！去睇跌打時，看見自己的右腿，覺得很對不起，一直都很辛勞，我也沒好好照顧他，內疚、心痛。

She captures “the eternity of a moment” through her lens to invite viewers into a self-healing ritual.
Community Engagement：Dedicated to promoting participatory art and spiritual healing, she regularly conducts mindfulness-based creative workshops. Advocating that “art is life,” she guides participants in reconnecting with their inner selves and self-awareness through artistic creation.
